The aerial carrier was a life saver during my first vacation abroad with baby! It allowed him to be so calm through the majority of the flight. He napped in it and it allowed me, a sleep deprived mama, to get some shut-eye on the plane. I had purchased a Wildbird ring sling for my first baby and loved the style and quality linen material of it. Before my second baby arrived, I decided to try the Wildbird Aerial this time around since it was more sturdy and looked great for longer walks. Although I purchased the Aerial first, I tried a lot of other carriers out of curiosity—Sakura Bloom Scout, Happy Baby OG, Boba X, Lennylamb, Tula Explore, Stokke Limas + Flex, and Keababies wrap. Out of all the carriers I have tried, the Wildbird Aerial is hands down my absolute favorite! When it comes to quality material, I consider the 100% linen Aerial carriers almost on par with Lennylamb, Sakura Bloom, and Stokke. I also love the cross-back buckles over the single back buckle; in my opinion, they are easier to put on and are more comfortable for me. Aesthetically, the colors of the linens along with the color-matching buckles are so beautiful! The simple, timeless colors of the Sparrow and Willow Aerial carriers go seamlessly with literally everything in my wardrobe! I can put this carrier on and take it off + put my baby in and take her out by myself really easily when we’re out and about. I’ve worn her to malls, around the house, out doing errands, etc. It’s so comfortable! The only things I’d change about this carrier are 1) have the cross-back straps wider and more cushioned like the Stokke Limas, 2) add a compartment for storing a good like Sakura Bloom and Happy Baby OG, 3) soften the material a little more like Lennylamb and Sakura Bloom, 4) add a pocket for storing a phone. But overall, as it is now, the Wildbird Aerial is the winner for me! Looking back, I honestly wish I hadn’t wasted my time trying out all the other carriers, lol! I should’ve just stuck to the one I bought first—Wildbird Aerial! It’s the best!

Love this carrier! Simple, easy to use yet really cute. My bubs loves it too. The second time I used it I took it out on a hike. I got pretty sweaty and the shirt I wore left terrible stains on the carrier I was so worried I had ruined it. So I washed it in the washing machine on hand wash settings - still had stains. So then I gently rubbed in some laundry detergent on the stains and washed it on normal settings again and all the stains came out. Yay!!!!

We bought 2 carriers prior to our son being born, one was a buckle style and the other a wrap. We couldnt get the wrap to work and the buckle was so complicated it took 10minutes to put on and resulted in a screaming infant. I ordered the sparrow aerial carrier and absolutely love it! It only has 3 buckles, takes less than a minute to put on (including putting baby in it) and gives me more space to move my arms and get things done around the house. I am considering buying a second one and trying out the ring sling.

ust be careful washing it, I thought I used a detergent without brighteners. It was not the case so my sparrow is a bit lighter in the spot I cleaned. But the blowout stain washed out so easily and it doesn’t bother me (it’s on the inside).

I was attracted to this carrier because of the side buckles and I hated the strain I went through with the back buckle of other carriers. The fabric is soft and the color of it stunning! My only issue is that the belt of the waist buckle was threaded maybe in backwards so that I have to twist the belt in order to tighten it after I have buckled it into place. I would still highly recommend this and will upload a photo of it in the wild!

I LOVE my carrier!! It has been a game changer for me. The simplicity and comfort of the whole thing is completely different from any other carrier I have tried. It’s also the only carrier my baby enjoys being in front carry with. He’s comfy and so am I! I love to use it when I go on walks with him, to any store, or at home while I’m getting some chores done.
