Meets ASTM F2907 standard for full term babies up to 25 lbs, however, WildBird recommends caregivers always consider their baby's overall size and readiness to ensure a safe and comfortable fit. Baby's head and airways should sit above top panel of the carrier. This carrier is intended for babies under 15 lbs; for larger babies we recommend our Aerial Buckle Carrier.
Designed for front carry, facing in only.
When babywearing, safety is the top priority and additional guidelines should be followed. The T.I.C.K.S. Rule is the generally accepted guidelines for safe babywearing. Each point is designed to promote safe, secure, and comfortable babywearing for both caregiver and child.

We created this wrap to cater to that newborn stage, where our little birds are so tiny and fresh - this wrap keeps baby extra close and comfy with our soft CloudBlend™ fabric, but has the ease of a buckle carrier. The best of both worlds!

Our Aerial Buckle Wrap is made from our soft, signature CloudBlend™ fabric while our Aerial Buckle Carrier is made from 100% linen. Our Aerial Buckle Wrap was created for newborns and babies 0-6 months while our Aerial Buckle Carrier is recommended for babies 2-24 months. We recommend starting off with our Aerial Buckle Wrap and then transitioning into the Aerial Carrier once babe has outgrown the wrap.

A stunning lifesaver!
I have a premie girl and a 2 year old boy and trying to recover postpartum from an emergency C-section is tough. Trying to keep up with my son with a newborn premie and keep my house together is tougher. I needed a carrier to hold her safely, instead of keeping her in my nursing bra 😬 and this wrap carrier is PERFECT. It is soft, comfortable, and beautiful ❤️ I adore the floral print and how snugly my little girl fits. She was born 3 pounds 7 oz and finally reached 5 pounds 13 ounces. She's very long for her gestation, and thankfully fits safely. I love the additional padding around the waist and at the buckles, and the square rings adds extra security. Definitely will be back when she gets older to purchase the Cupid ring sling!

Absolutely perfect wrap
So glad I ordered this wrap! The second I put my baby in it, she’s out like a light 😴 I needed help the first few wears to get it on, but once I got the hang of it, it’s been so easy. It’s super soft, stretchy, and comfortable—highly recommend!

Lifesaver
This carrier is wonderful for my newborn! He’s a petite guy and the original carrier I Nd it for him turned out not to be for newborns as advertised! After a bunch of research I chose this carrier and I couldn’t be happier. I have a stage 5 clinger if a baby and he is very content and happy in it and it allows me to get more done around the house when I have 2 hands to use! We are working on him tolerating his head in more, but overall I’m super happy with this purchase! Great quality as well!

Newborn Heaven
This wrap was SO BEYOND convenient so slip my baby into. Because of the colic I don't think I would have had to patience for the long wraps. We cuddled so much in this and he would always fall asleep in it which was my saving grace.

Baby wearing has never been more comfortable!
I am on my 4th baby and this is my first time using the wildbird newborn carrier. I highly recommend it over a wrap because of its ease of use and added support. The lumbar support is essential. I wouldn’t get anything done in my house if it weren’t for this carrier!
