Overall, the quality is just OK. After only a few months of use, some of the stitches on the outer linen fabric started popping, which didnt affect the function, but did look unsightly. One day during wearing our ~20lb baby, I saw a buckle had broken. The initial communication with Wildbird was slow, but to their credit they did replace our carrier for us. However, we did have to go without a carrier for a few weeks while we communicated with them and waited for shipping of the new carrier. The fabric choices look great and the adjustability is really nice, but for the price we wish the build quality could be a bit better.

We love this carrier!! It is so comfy and doesn't cause any back pain when wearing for a long time. I also love how pretty it is. It doesn't look tacky or anything and goes with everything. it's turned into my favorite accessory! My LO loves it and can look around. I also love that she can contact nap while I'm able to get things done. 10 out of 10 recommend!

Such a comfy carrier! I have 2 other brand carries and this one is much more comfortable and durable for my little. I love this carrier! I began using it when my daughter was 6 weeks old. We’ve used it for contact naps in the house as well as walks through the neighborhood (I’ve worn it for up to 5 miles without any discomfort). This has been a game changer for us. My only notes for improvement are that (1) I wish there was a pocket somewhere for me to store my phone while wearing and (2) I wish there was a sun shade that could go all the way over her head for when the sun is highest in the sky. Neither of those things affect the 5-star review — I would still wholeheartedly recommend!

Absolutely love my Wildbird. I've had other carriers that I really liked but the Wildbird is just so pretty and makes you feel good. It also wraps around your natural waist a little better and just supports your baby and your back in all the right ways. The customer service is amazing! We didn’t have this on our registry but our friends surprised us with it. It’s hands down the best baby gift we received. Baby loves it and loves to nap in it, it’s comfortable for me, and I get stopped so often by people complimenting it or asking what brand it is because it looks so comfortable. I recently got my carrier for my 6 month old and I am in love with it! Wish I would have gotten it sooner but I’m happy to have it now. One thing I wish it came with more detailed instructions on how to set up as well as photos. I was confused for a while on how to adjust the straps to fix for back facing to front, I did have to look for a few videos to figure it out. Although it was a challenge at first I definitely recommend for any moms considering this carrier!

The only thing I would like to note for future updates are the sides clips, I ended up pinching my baby’s arm with it. ( maybe add some cover to it would be fantastic) however I don’t blame the product. Quality is great, build well and changed our game for sure!

Love my carrier. My baby is still small and would’ve been nice to know about the snaps to take in the body portion of the carrier within the instruction booklet. I just happened to see them and was able to adjust them to my infant. He loves sitting in it now and it’s much easier to take him everywhere! Also, a phone-sized pocket somewhere on it would be a nice addition.

The only reason I give 4/5 is because of ease of putting on if it needs to be done quickly I love the supportive waist band but having to thread the webbing through is a bit of an extra step. Additionally, I needed to upgrade to a bigger size - my husband normally wears L, but XS-XL was too small given that we will also want to wear it on coats, thicker sweaters, etc.

It's a beautiful carrier and I love the fabric. I don't like the way the straps drag on the ground when they aren't clipped in. I thought I would like the cross-back style of the straps but they slip around a lot and I'm constantly having to readjust them.
