Product is fine, customer service is poor
I ordered several of the cloudblend sheets (5). Instead, I received 2 sheets and 3 maternity pillow cases. I reached out to customer service on 7/30 to ask them to remedy their mistake (send sheets instead of maternity pillow cases). Their form doesn’t have the option to upload pictures. They replied 7/31 and asked for pictures. I sent them 8/1 (.HEIC format), but on 8/3 they replied they couldn’t open them. I sent them again on 8/5 in another format (.jpg). They replied 8/5 that they still couldn’t open them. I sent the pictures as a Google Drive link on 8/5 with both formats and never received a reply. I reached out again 8/7, still no reply. I’m uploading them here on 8/11 so that hopefully wildbird will see and remedy their mistake. If not, at least other buyers are aware of the risk that they may not receive what they paid for, and Wildbird wont correct it.
